U.S. President Joe Biden will clarify whether he will impose any preconditions for a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The American leader said so during a press conference.
"I will discuss it on another day," Biden said in response to a related question from reporters.
Biden and Putin had a telephone conversation on April 13. During the conversation, the U.S. president suggested that his Russian counterpart meet on neutral territory in a "third country.
