Discovered another parity bug on ethereum nodes

 This bug is set to 2.2.9-static and it will be fixed in the upcoming Beta release of 2.3.2 and those users are advised to update to the latest versions. The parity has said that they have received this report that an attacker can easily send a special PRC request to a public ETH node and it will crash. It is pertinent to the most advanced client of ethereum, it has been revealed that it could allegedly crash a large part of a bug ethereum ecosystem.
