The struggle continues for both Everton and Burnley as they both fight to remain in the number one league in the world THE ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE
Everton has been very poor this season after Carlos Ancelotti terminated his contract with them and move to Real Madrid earlier this season also James Rodrigues leaving the club due to them trying to balance their finance has not put them in a good place this season.
Rafa Benitez took over and we thought it going to be a good signing for them, maybe the European tournament next season but didn’t do them any good, he coached them for 19th matches before he was sacked and for those 19th matches, he won just 5 lost 10 and had 4 draws which put the Toffees in 15th position in the league. After the sack of Benitez, Lampard who was a former Chelsea coach took over the team and his main objective was to keep them in the league so far it’s just two matches to go and they are still fighting to stay in the league, he has managed 16th matches in the league which he won just 5 of them, ha had 2 draws and 9 lose also coached them for 3 FA cup matches which he won 2 and lost 1.
The Toffees sit 16 on the table with 36 points which is two points above the relegation zone and would be playing Crystal Palace today at Goodison Park. The first leg ended in a 4-0 win to Crystal Palace.
Burnley on the other hand sits in position on the table and has been with Coach since the sack of Sean Dyche who took over as manager 10 years ago me and we can’t ignore the fact that he has done great work despite the financial issue
Burnley sits in 18th position with two matches left to play which one will be against Aston Villa today The first ended in favor of Aston Villa which I hope it’s a little bit different today
Whatever happens today will one way determines who stays and who gets relegated
