Tuchel part of chelsea struggles

I think other club managers need to learn from Tuchel mistakes this season because it’s unbelievable seeing Chelsea struggle the way they are now. 

Chelsea last 9 matches was nothing impressive at all as they lost 3 draws 4 and won just 2, they lost to Everton which came unexpectedly. They were many points ahead of Arsenal who was 4th before Tottenham who is currently in 4th position but not it’s just 3 points with a lot of goal difference, which honestly speaking its Tuchel fault.

Draining players out in training and not considering fatigue is just bad, calling training on even off days is not something good for your players, using a particular player till he is down  should not be your style of play. 
Let us take a look back at some injuries 

Kante missed 16 matches this season due to injury and coronavirus which hasn’t happened in his career before. 
James Reece also missed 19 matches this season compared to last season.
Timo Werner missed 11 matches 
Pulisic missed 14 matches 
Ben Chilwell was out of the season due to injury 
Kovacic missed 15 matches 
Hodson odoi was out for 14 matches too and others I didn’t mention.

I could remember the Fa cup final against Liverpool, I remember him playing pulisic despite the player being tired, had to drop Havert because the doctor said he can’t play and Timo Werner too said he can’t. Even if you have few players to regulate you shouldn’t drain out the ones you have. 

I know the club were in crisis too after the owner was forced to sell the club due to the war between Ukraine and Russia and also Lukaku who should I say was a failed signing and still, he is Chelsea highest goal scorer this season and that is also something that affected the club but as we all know Lukaku needs more playing time if he is to perform but Tuchel wasn’t patient enough. 

Chelsea played a draw with Leicester again yesterday with a lot of shots on target but couldn’t get a winning goal, the away team played just 1 shot on target and that was the goal they scored, they have just one match to play which doesn’t decide anything for the team but a winning would keep their fans happy
