The World Economy is in danger

V
The international monetary system warns about the state of the world economy. If America goes ahead with its plan to impose more levies on foreign goods, the world economy will soon be adversely affected. Recently, International Monetary System has published its semi-annual report to show that measures need to be taken. The world economy is still doing well. But there is little need to do to get the world economy out of balance. Growth has reached the ceiling and is becoming more and more out of balance and the important risk in the short term is the continuing trade war between America and the rest of the world. On all fronts of media one hears about the imposition of duties by America on foreign goods and possibly also services. US President Trump has announced import tariffs against China and the EU, among others. Now there are threats against China, the EU, the Nafta countries and Japan. If all threats in the trade war are converted into measures, such as tariffs. According to the IMF's calculators, this will have a negative effect on growth. In 2020 global production will then be 0.5% below current estimates. It is literally the non-gratuitous words of someone who knows it like no other, the head of the World Trade Organization Mr. Roberto Azevêdo: ![](https://serey.io/imageupload_data/297f413da4c64694746f25ad01bb6c552b9c1d63) A total trade war is coming if the dialogue between the world powers is not resumed. He querely mentions that there is a 'madman' in The White House, and that the world needs to deal with this man for at least another 4 years. ![](https://serey.io/imageupload_data/bec788b1a8c54ab02d42b90b80470afc29df2878) We must therefore ensure that the atmosphere for future discussions is not harmed, but that it remains productive. If the political leaders fail to deliver this constructive spirit, the world economy and our citizens will suffer soon. The discussion between the EU and Canada and the United States on steel taxes would be an example of tensions. These are higher punitive tariffs for imports of steel and aluminum that the US counts, about which the EU and Canada complained to the World Trade Organization. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tYgvoPO4WjU Even now there are already signs that downward process has already begun. There is a reluctance to invest and in the buying behavior of companies. The market value has decreased drastically. The investment vehicles have lost billion or dollars since the conflict of trade war. ![](https://serey.io/imageupload_data/d6b097e5db84e5c3d09e8b7adb22a8c96fd0e9f7) ![](https://serey.io/imageupload_data/66f19cfb0b6be46d58141c290bcd7b13f75fa39b) ![](https://serey.io/imageupload_data/6c1626ff2bf7b9c035d8e81b36756947176a05e9) Me personally, have followed Mr. Donald Trump for a few months and noticed that he has turned the world economy up side down. It is good for the US but looking at the rest of the world they lost billions of dolars due to the rise of tariffs. Even the WTO sees, among other things, compliance with trade agreements, but with a Dumb Donald Trump nothing can be said about it. ![](https://serey.io/imageupload_data/d0dbfb3fbfef45090dc77351b93876495795afa9) Please join me to watch some of the video’s: https://youtu.be/1kzm2Zcli_c https://youtu.be/DyrDbmuhfH4 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-LnSLB4j3A4 I do not want to get into another recession again.
