What is actually cerebral infarction(stroke)? អ្វីទៅដែលជាជំងឺដាច់សរសៃឈាមខួរក្បាល?

Short definition: Cerebral infarction occurs suddenly. It is a clot that closes a blood vessel in your brain(វាគឺជាកំណកឈាមដែលបិទសរសៃឈាមក្នុងខួរក្បាលរបស់អ្នក), in which a part of our brain does not have sufficient oxygen (O2) any more. As the result of this partly of your brain becomes malfunction.
Stroke is the third leading cause of death worldwide, with number one and two heart disease and cancer.
Although it is indeed impossible to be 100% sure that you will never get a stroke, multiple studies show that a healthy lifestyle and the inclusion of certain foods in your diet can help to reduce the risk of getting stroke up to thirty percent ជំងឺដាច់សរសៃឈាមខួរក្បាលគឺជាមូលហេតុនាំមុខគេទី 3

Which consequences are permanent and to what extent is different for each patient. This has not only to do with the location and size of the infarct.
The extent to which the surrounding brain tissue is capable of taking over functions is also important.
After 6 months to 1 year, it is often clear what the lasting consequences of the stroke are.

Dear friends, in my life I have met a number of people (Cambodian living in Europe) who got the stroke/cerebral infarction. They survived and are able to tell the story of how it felt and some has lost the ability to move, to talk.
Some did not get the treatment in time, past away.
I create this small article so that you can be aware of cerebral infarction and how to recognize it and act timely.
See you next time on Serey platform
