☕🍵♥️♥️❤️🎊Rang Cha and Pava Roti: A beautiful moment in the evening☕🍵🍁🎊❤️
Evening means a special feeling. The sun sets in the west, the sky spreads a colorful atmosphere, and our favorite food makes that time even more colorful. In the Bengali culture of the Indian subcontinent, drinking tea at night has a special importance. Especially Rang Cha, which is the food of our hearts. And along with Pava Roti, which is the perfect companion in the evening.
Rang Cha: A Love Story
Rang Cha means a special type of tea, which is unforgettable not only in its taste, but also in its preparation process. Just as the tea leaves have to be boiled properly, natural spices like cinnamon, ginger, or cardamom are mixed with it. The combination of all these ingredients creates a deep, mentally soothing drink.
For me, Rang Cha is not just a type of drink, but it is an emotion, a memory. At various times, the scenes I witnessed while drinking tea with my family are still etched in my heart. Sometimes I reminisce about those evenings; where my sister and I sat down to eat Rang-cha, and sometimes even with my parents.
Pava Roti: Taste and Harmony
Pava Roti has taken a special place in our food. Sometimes, Pava, kneaded with a little spice, or sometimes with meat, makes the best combination. Usually, this bread is made by mixing flour with hot water, which has a noble soft feel. When Pava Roti is eaten with butter, it always becomes a symbol of a special taste.
In the evening, Rang-cha and Pava Roti create a wonderful food culture. When I enjoy this combination, I remember those times. Laughter and conversation with the whole family sitting in the air-conditioned room.
