If you have been following up with my post you will noticed where I discussed about the Carabao cup tie that involves Liverpool fc and Manchester city, if you have been following up in the world of sport you will noticed that when it comes to soccer Liverpool fc and Manchester city have been one of the greatest rivalry recently. There is a reason why I did not say that they are one of the greatest rivals of all time, this is holding to the fact that if you looked properly as in you have been a fan of the English premier league, you will see and noticed that the rivalry started when Jurgen Klopp of Liverpool fc and Manchester city boss Pep Guardiola took over the job at their respective club. Well, this is one thing that we all should be expecting when it comes to soccer, competition, fighting, unity is welcomed all the time.
Since Jurgen Klopp of Liverpool fc and Manchester city boss Pep Guardiola took over at their respective clubs they have increased how people have been seeing the English premier league. The English premier league have grown in all ways and that is one thing that we all should be happy about. They both deserve an accolade for how they have impacted the English premier league physically, socially and mentally. Many don't know how this has attracted investors to the English premier league in all ways. I am once again saying that this two rivalry are one of the best rivalry I have seen all my time. I am used to seeing rivary but this is quiet different. I have experienced the Liverpool fc and Everton fc, Manchester United and Manchester city rivary but the rivary between the two team (Liverpool fc and Manchester city) recently has beautify the English premier league in all ways. I will advise they keep up and build more on what they are doing, they are the best recently.
Still discussing about what Pep Guardiola of Manchester city and Jurgen Klopp of Liverpool fc is doing, I will say that it is really painful seeing that recently we are always drawn up against them. As a Liverpool fc fan I must confess that it got to some extent that I have to vent my frustration, we all know that it is not that easy watching or seeing your team being drawn up against one strong team all the time, it is not that easy at all. Just take a look at how we have been playing against Manchester city almost all the time. Since they are strong team we all knows that there is every tendency that it is either we are going out or they will be going out. That is just the annoying and painful part I just admit.
As for your information we have played Manchester city two times already. During the outcome of both match the good thing is that we won them both. We won the Charity cup and the English premier league first leg match against them. To worsen the issue we are re drawn up against them in the Carabao round of 16 tie. Recently I dropped post about this and how disappointed I am seeing that we will be paying against them once more. I am tired of watching such fixtures but what are we to do? We got no choice than to think of how to play against them come December. As for your information what gave me my team advantage is that we will be playing at our home soil and our star players like Mohammed Salah, Roberto Firmino, Luiz Diaz, Diego Jota, Darwin Nunez and host of other notable players will be available simply because they are not called up for the World cup which will be held in Qatar while Manchester city might be without star players like Kevin De Bruyne, Erling Haaland, Phil Foden, Jack Grealish and host of other notable players that made important part of the Manchester city team won't be present. They are going to be absent not because of injuries or whatsoever but simply because of the World cup competition that will be held in Qatar come December.
As per the above, as a Liverpool fc I thinks that I am happy seeing that those players won't be available, we all knows what their presence could cause in that match. I am just wishing that Jurgen Klopp don't undermine the competition, he should feed his best player since we are the defensive champions of this competition. I will love to see us winning the competition once again. The good thing is that if we can defeat Manchester city we will be left with Manchester United since Arsenal fc, Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea fc and all the stronger teams are no more.
