It is a privilege to be alive despite how the virus threatened the entire world back then.

As per the topic at hand, centralized and decentralised exchange came into my mind today simply because of the fact that it is an integral part of cryptocurrency. We all knows that when it comes to cryptocurrency and the blockchain at large, Centralized and decentralised exchange is an integral part. There is no way your cryptocurrency story will be completed today without wallet playing an important role. In cryptocurrency the wallet is what holds your cryptocurrency holdings and also some wallet if not all wallet has the potentials of displaying your cryptocurrency holding price. Since it is the wallet that holds funds and display it worth, you can now see that wallet is very important when you are talking about cryptocurrency and the blockchain at large.
Now moving to the topic of discussion at hand which is Centralized and the Decentralised exchange, as for your information, the moment you hear about Centralised exchange you should knows that an intermediary is in place which act as escrow whenever you carry out any cryptocurrency transactions that involves buying and selling of cryptocurrency tokens. Since it is a Centralized system you should knows that you don't have say over your centralized cryptocurrency wallet and asset. Since you don't have say over your account it is always wise not to have your token/coin saved in such wallet. They can shut down any day any time and your fund will be gone. Aside that they can come up with anything that pleases them if they wants to steal your money. You know it is not always the best decision to trust your fund with anybody, if that is the case not saying your money there should be the other of the day. Not that Centralised exchange is not good but it is wise to keep your fund off it.
Since we already knows what Centralized exchange, Decentralised exchange is the opposite of it. When it comes to decentralised exchange there is nothing like intermediary/escrow. Your transactions are carried out in your wallet. All you have to do is to connect your cryptocurrency wallet to the site that you want to carry your cryptocurrency transactions at. Once it is connected you don't need to deposit the token to the exchange before you can carry out your cryptocurrency transactions. It is always advised that you should save your cryptocurrency tokens in a decentralised exchange, it safety is 100% as to when being compared to a Centralized exchange.
