जाता था इसी परिप्रेक्ष्य में इस्लाम ने यह हुक्म दिया कि औरतों के साथ अच्छा व्यवहार किया जाये खुद हज़रत मुहम्मद स ० अ ० व ० ने सबसे पहले एक बेवा जिसकी उम्र ४० साल थी , के साथ शादी की और अपनी करनी व कहनी यह साबित किया कि इस्लाम केवल हुक्म ही नहीं देता है बल्कि उसको करके दिखाता भी है हज़रत मुहम्मद स ० अ ० व ० बेवाओं का इतना ख्याल रखते थे कि अपने सहाबा को भी हुक्म देते थे और खुद आप ने जो ११ शादियां की थीं उनमें से अधिकी कितर बेवा या तलाकशुदा थीं , बेवाओं और तलाकशुदा औरतों साथ इतने अच्छे व्यवहार की और क्या मिसाल हो सकती है आज आये दिन औरतों शोषण की खबरें आती रहती हैं जिसमें अशिक्षित तो अशिक्षित
अधिकी शिक्षित लोग भी यौन शोषण में लिप्त पाये जा रहे हैं । जो लोग औरतों के अधिकार की बात करते और इस्लाम पर औरतों के अधिकार छीनने का आरोप लगाते लेकिन औरतों की सुरक्षा का नारा लगाने वाले खुद औरतों को उसके असल अधिकार से वंचित कर देते हैं इस्लाम के नजदीक औरतों के अधिकार का मतलब यह है कि वह धार्मिक और समाजी दोनों एतबार से सुरक्षित रहे , सुखी रहे यही उसका अधिकार है । ऊंटनी का पांव फिसल जाने वजह से हज़रत मुहम्मद स ० अ ० व ० और सफिय्या रजिअल्लाहो तआला अन्हा गिर पड़े । एक सहाबी उठाने के लिये पहले अल्लाह के रसूल मुहम्मद ० अव ० की तरफ बढ़े आपने फरमायाः पहले औरत की खैरियत मालूम करो । ( बुखारी )
