As long as you like at least 70% of cocoa, dark chocolate helps in reducing blood pressure and increases blood flow due to flavonols. It contains flavonoid which protects against environmental toxicity and can damage body damage. Feel free to indulge in palm oil and add chunks containing a ton of sugar, but otherwise, eat. Heart-healthy foods can also be delicious. For example, Otamell works as a nice base for apple, nuts, or walnuts. Potatoes are a great side dish but your choice can be a major course, leading with veggie. And what is the best way to start and finish day with a cup of green tea? (Perhaps there will be a bit of dark chocolate.) When you understand how these heart-healthy foods are working in your body, the motivation to swallow them a lot is very easy. Be ready!
