Sending the same article to different institutions simultaneously and publishing this article in several institutions at the same time can definitely damage the reputation of not only the institution but also yours. It is also morally wrong to do so.
Don't think that you don't know if they will check your email box or not.
If you open the email, will you print the text or not? Every organization has someone to check blogs email.
Remember that the bigger and more prestigious the institution, the more letters it receives.
Your writing may be overlooked in the pile of manuscripts or your writing may have received very good manuscripts from the institution.
Be sure to wait at least three days after sending your text.
On the fourth day, either send an email and ask about the essay in a proper manner or understand by yourself that the essay has been rejected.

Also be very careful when emailing an administrator.
The manager is not your friend or a close relative with whom you can speak frankly in any way.
A gentleman who has written some articles on world blogs used to send me very rude emails which used to annoy me.
He may have forgotten the difference between a manager and a lover.

There is also a gentleman who presses the send button to send an email and sends me a message on every social media and mobile app saying that he has sent you a blog.

I told them that today is my holiday, I will see this blog tomorrow and I will post it on its turn. He said ok.

Submit your blog to another organization if you want
If your writing is on a good topic and has few or no errors, chances of it getting published will automatically increase.
The editor doesn't need to butter or message repeatedly to hide the text.
Let your writing do the talking instead of speaking for yourself. If there is a problem in your writing, it will be hidden, just show a little patience and a little waiting.
Every institution has its own policy.
They publish texts on their platform accordingly. While sending the article, check whether your article falls within the institutional policy of this institution.
Maybe an organization's policy is quite narrow and if you send them an article that is outside their scope, they will never print your article no matter how long you wait.
Sometimes it seems that the writer does not even bother to read his writing after writing it.
If they read their writing at least once, they will know for themselves why their writing is published late and others early.

There is no full stop anywhere in his writing. Where the sentence ends, where it begins, nothing is known.

I always google the title and parts of the article before printing.
By this one the copied text is caught, secondly it is also found whether that text has been printed somewhere before or not.
When I have time, I email the author saying that since his writing has already been published elsewhere, I am rejecting it.
This is not the case in many large institutions.
It has often happened that I published an article here and an hour later it was published on another website.
What can you do in this case?
A manager has many tasks.
He has to look at every piece of writing he receives, read it, and then sort out the good ones.
