The greatness and importance of justice

What is necessary and necessary for the survival of the power of any society, any kingdom and any ruler is justice. If justice ends, then neither that society can remain, nor that empire can remain, nor the rule and power of that ruler can remain. Justice has been given great importance in social teachings in our religion. This justice and justice should be done by the ruler for his subjects, and it is necessary for the subjects to maintain justice and justice among themselves, as if it is necessary and necessary at the collective level as well as at the individual level.
The Prophet ﷺ himself used to strive for the supremacy of justice and fairness, the series of wars in Arabia had been going on since time immemorial, swords continued to be used for years on trivial matters, looting was also common. It is written in the Books of Sirat that before the Prophet's mission, the people of Makkah made a mutual agreement that now we try to establish justice and fairness, and we will support the oppressed. For this purpose, he prepared a historic agreement, the Prophet himself was also a part of this agreement and this agreement is known as "Hilfu Al-Fazul". This agreement was reached at the house of Abdullah bin Judaan in the month of , and it was written in it: We all pledge to support and support the oppressed, we will support the oppressed until they get their rights.

Imam Bayhaqi narrates that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, used to say in the covenant of Prophethood after the Prophethood, in view of the importance of this agreement containing the supremacy of justice and justice: If I were given red camels in comparison to this agreement, I would never accept it. And if I am called to such an agreement in the Islamic era, I will certainly accept his participation.
The teaching of the Holy Quran is that you have enmity with a nation, so even in this situation, even though it is a very difficult task, even in this enmity, do not waver from justice and fairness. Guess what kind of pure teachings there are. There are numerous examples in the history of Islam that there is a fierce enemy in front of them, but the Muslims did not deal with injustice even with this mortal enemy, they have firmly held the foot of justice even on such a tough occasion.
It was said in the Holy Quran: O you who believe! Stand up to bear witness to justice for the sake of God and do not abandon justice because of the enmity of a nation, do justice, this is closer to piety and fear God in whatever you do. Beware of
In this verse, justice has been described as ``adl'' and the best and most comprehensive meaning of justice has been mentioned by Shaykh-ul-Islam Allama Shabir Ahmad Usmani who said: "Justice" means treating a person without excessiveness. K, to deal with what he truly deserves. The scales of justice and justice should be so correct and equal that deep love and intense hatred cannot bend one of its two layers. That is, love and relationship should not divert you from the right path, nor should enmity and enmity. May turn you away from justice. This is the only justice, this is the justice, which has been ordered.
In the month of Muharram in the year seven Hijri, the Prophet received an order from Allah to advance towards Khyber, and the traitorous Jews who were present there, who had betrayed the Muslims from time to time, committed treason. They continued to incite the infidels against the Muslims, so you should wage jihad against them. So the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, left for Khyber along with about sixteen hundred companions, where the Jews were locked up in various forts.

The Jews requested the Prophet ﷺ not to exile us from here, let us stay here, we will cultivate here, and we will give you half of the produce, the Prophet ﷺ made this agreement with them. He accepted and at the same time made it clear: We will keep you here as long as we want, and deport you from here when we want. This agreement was agreed. Now these people used to cultivate and give half of the share to the Muslims.
It is in the tradition of Ibn Majah Sharif that when these people finished farming and it was time to distribute the produce, the Messenger of Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace, would send Hazrat Abdullah bin Rawaha to Khaybar to estimate and collect it. He would go there and divide the production of these Jews into two parts, and by dividing into two parts, he would not take the good for himself and give it to the rest of the Jews, but see their justice and fairness, even with the enemy. After dividing the production into two parts, the Jews of Khyber would be given the right to take whatever part of them you want and give us whatever you want. I dislike you, because you have martyred the Messengers of Allah, and lied against Allah, but despite this, your malice cannot persuade me to oppress you. When the Jews see that such justice and fairness Even with us, this phrase used to come out of their tongues spontaneously: By such justice and justice, the heavens and the earth are established.

The justice and justice of Hazrat Umar bin Khattab (RA) is a permanent chapter and permanent subject in Islamic history, with whom the rich and the poor, master and slave were equal in the scales of justice, there was no distinction between friend and enemy in justice and justice. There was an earthquake in Madinah during the caliphate of Hazrat Umar, Hazrat Umar praised and glorified Allah, the movement of the earth remained unchanged, he had a valley in his hand, it struck the earth and from the earth He addressed and said: O earth! Be quiet by Allah's order! Stay still! Didn't Umar establish justice and fairness over you? It was just to say that the earth became quiet, and the earthquake stopped. This is the blessing of justice and justice. Today, in our society, at the individual and collective level, this justice and justice has risen, the justice system has become rusty, neither the ruler remains just, nor the judge remains just, nor the common member of the society is this justice. And remained on the scale of justice, due to which we are suffering from degradation. Generally, whoever gets some power, he becomes a victim of tyranny and excesses. Many of his scenes come before us.
Someone deviates from justice because of his position, someone deviates from justice because of his arrogance, someone is arrogant and does not allow him to stand on justice and fairness, someone has a ministry, someone has wealth, someone has There are relationships, and because of these things, man is arrogantly violating the rights of others and he forgets that there is such a power, that there is a Self, which is above all powers, in front of which the entire creation is created. Jah Wajlal is a hatchet of terror, has no status, and when that caste seizes someone for his cruelty and injustice, he does not give respite. Our religion commands justice to every person, whether he is a ruler, from the supreme ruler to the person who is responsible for one or two people. And justice and fairness in every sphere of life. It means, whether it is in the form of testimony, in the form of division, in the form of conversation, in the form of judgment, or in addition to that, that is why the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, has described the great virtue of such people. : Those who are just, they will be on the pulpits of light on the right side of Allah the Most Merciful on the Day of Resurrection, and at the end of the hadith he said: These are the people who, in their judgments in this world, among their relatives, and among their subordinates, And in terms of responsibilities, they were going to work with justice and fairness. We pray that Allah Ta'ala will make our society a cradle of justice and justice, and make every person bound to justice and justice in his jurisdiction.
Islam is a solid religion, all of its thoughts and actions are built on the principles of good nature. Human life consists of individual and collective affairs. The completion of an ideal and successful society includes factors like brotherhood and love, sacrifice and sacrifice, mercy and generosity, honesty and generosity and justice and fairness. No nation, regardless of its level of civilization, can remain without justice and fairness. Till date, no nation has passed that has considered the state of chaos and disorder as a capital honor for itself. Differences and conflicts are an essential part of human nature. If there is no such force that can protect the strong from suppressing the rights of the weak, then the result will certainly be in the form of mutual chaos and national disorder and the temptation and corruption of the national life. It will be embedded in every organ. This is the reason why Islam has emphasized justice and fairness for the unity of the Ummah, country's peace and harmony among themselves. It has been explained at several places in the Holy Quran and the Prophet ﷺ has always given great importance to justice and fairness. Apart from this, the existence of the judiciary has been considered necessary in every civilized nation and society. Fourteen hundred years ago, when the world was surrounded by the darkness of disbelief, misguidance and ignorance, a sun of wisdom and guidance appeared from the valley of Bitha. Illuminated the whole world with his light and made humanity to a place of excellence, the precedent of which is not seen anywhere in the world history. Mankind cannot establish a peaceful and reformed society until they learn the teachings of Islam and mold their lives in the mold of the good life of Allah's Habib. The secret of human reformation lies in The establishment of justice and fairness is very important to build the world system on better and correct lines and if it is turned away, the social, social, economic, religious and political life will become the most difficult, which will lead to anarchy everywhere. will spread The system of justice and justice has been introduced in the worldly system to protect each other's rights and fulfill duties. If every member of the society adopts justice and fairness according to his status and responsibility, then reformation of the society is possible because the society is completed from the individual.

Scholars in the dictionary have defined the meaning of justice as justice, precedent, equality, reliable knowledge, comparison, equating two parts, being straight, deciding between two situations and persistence. While in the context of justice in the general term, it means that while deciding between people in daily matters, the judge or Qazi should protect the rights of the people with fairness and justice in such a way that no one's right is lost. Islam has given fundamental importance to justice because without it a righteous society cannot be established. Prosperity, peace and progress can be achieved in any society only when there is justice.
Imam al-Ghazali explains that justice means equality. You state that the first level of justice is that a person should do justice between himself and the creator and owner. The second level is that a person should do justice with his own self and the third level is that he should do justice between his own self and all the creatures of the world.
Declaring justice and fairness as very important in Islamic teachings, emphasis was placed on its establishment. The scope of justice is very wide and its application extends from the individual to the society and even to the entire humanity. This is an attribute with which the Lord of the Universe himself is characterized, i.e. He is just. The commandment of Allah Almighty in the Holy Qur'an is sublime
