I understand that you value simplicity and national dignity as important factors for solving your problems. However, I also think that there are other aspects that need to be considered, such as economic development, social justice, environmental sustainability, and human rights.

According to some scholars, dignity restoration is a process of empowering people who have suffered dignity takings, such as involuntary property loss or dehumanization, by providing them with adequate remedies and opportunities to participate in decision-making12. Dignity restoration can also be achieved through public and private actions that respect and affirm the inherent worth of every human being

Simplicity, on the other hand, is a concept that can have different meanings for different people. Some may associate it with living a minimalist lifestyle, reducing consumption, or avoiding complexity. Others may see it as a way of expressing humility, honesty, or authenticity. Simplicity can also be a source of happiness, peace, or wisdom for some people.

I think that simplicity and dignity restoration are not mutually exclusive, but rather complementary. Simplicity can help people focus on what matters most, and dignity restoration can help people heal from past injustices and reclaim their agency. Together, they can contribute to a more harmonious and equitable society. However, I also think that they are not sufficient by themselves, and that other factors, such as those I mentioned above, are also essential for solving the problems that we face today.

Development of nations depends on expenditure, without balance of income and expenditure it is impossible to do business. In the destinies of nations, appearance is a killer poison. Whenever a nation starts squandering the treasures of the government in the pretense of supremacy, soon the burden on the country and the nation begins to increase. The burden of debt ultimately destroys national dignity. With the wealth of simplicity, the country and the nation are blessed with dignity, progress and happiness.

Simplicity is the characteristic that plays a special role in the development of the country. The element of simplicity is prominent in China's development. After gaining independence from Pakistan, this country has made progress on the basis of hard work, simplicity and equality, and has placed itself among the developed countries of the modern age. The Chinese people are simple, hardworking and free from all unnecessary hardships. Consume simple food. They say that simple boiled water is good for health instead of unnecessary expenditure on drinks.

سادگی سے مراد زندگی گزارنے کا وہ طریقہ ہے جس میں حیثیت سے بڑھ کر نہ اپنے لیے مشکلات پیدا کی جائیں اور نہ ہی دوسروں کے لیے مشکل کا باعث بنا جائے۔ تصنع، تکلف اور خود نمائی سے اجتناب سادگی کا دوسرا نام ہے۔

قوموں کی ترقی کا دار و مدار اخراجات پر ہوتا ہے، آمدن اور خرچ میں توازن کے بغیر معاملات کی انجام دہی ناممکن ہے۔ اقوام کی تقدیر میں نمود و نمائش زہر قاتل کی حیثیت رکھتی ہے۔ جب بھی کوئی قوم برتری کے زعم میں حکومت کے خزانوں کو لٹانا شروع کر دیتی ہے تو جلد ہی ملک و ملت پر بوجھ بڑھنا شروع ہو جاتا ہے۔ قرضوں کے بارِ گراں سے بالٓاخر قومی وقار ملیامیٹ ہو جاتا ہے۔ سادگی کی بہ دولت ملک و ملت کو وقار، ترقی و خوش حالی نصیب ہو تی ہے۔

سادگی وہ بنیا دی وصف ہے جو ملکی تعمیر و ترقی میں خصوصی کردار ادا کرتا ہے۔ چین کی ترقی میں سادگی کا عنصر نمایاں نظر آتا ہے۔ پاکستان سے بعد میں آزادی حاصل کرنے والے اس ملک نے محنت، سادگی اور مساوات کی بنیاد پر ترقی کی منازل طے کرنے کے بعد اپنے آپ کو دورِ جدید کے ترقی یافتہ ممالک کی صف میں لا کر کھڑا کیا ہے۔ چینی عوام سادہ، محنتی اور ہر قسم کے غیر ضروری تکلفات سے بے نیاز ہیں۔ سادہ خوراک استعمال کرتے ہیں۔ وہ کہتے ہیں کہ مشروبات کے لیے بے جا اخراجات کی جگہ سادہ اُبلا ہوا پانی صحت کے لیے مفید ہے۔

By becoming a slave to lust and greed, a person falls into lowliness even though he considers himself to be advanced.

Due to new fashion every day, clothing has also become a problem, huge amount of money is spent on the production and unnecessary purchase of clothes. However, clothing should be such that it can fulfill two basic needs of a human being, the first is to cover the body. Secondly, not to be an obstacle in the performance of duties. The act of changing one's adornment just for the sake of fashion is called extravagance, which is an evil act.

چین کے تمام افراد بلا تفریق محنت کرتے ہیں اور اس میں کوئی عار محسوس نہیں کرتے۔ سادگی کی عادت بہت نفیس خصلت ہے۔ جس قوم نے بھی سادگی کو اپنا شعار بنایا وہ کام یابی سے ہم کنار ہو ئی۔ علاوہ ازیں سادگی زندگی کے ہر شعبے میں راحت و سکون کا باعث بنتی ہے۔ اگر خوراک، پوشاک، سامان ِزندگی، رہن سہن اور ہر موقع پر بے جا تکلفات سے بچا جائے تو سادگی کی بہ دولت زندگی راحت ہی راحت ہے۔

سادگی اسلامی تہذیب کا جوہر ہے۔ اسلام اپنے پیروکاروں کو سادگی و قناعت کی تلقین کرتا ہے۔ کیوں کہ دنیاوی آرام و آسائش کی عادی قوم موت کا سامنا کرنے سے ڈرتی ہے اور بزدل ہو جاتی ہے۔ قوم اسبابِ تکلف کی بہ دولت میدانِِ جنگ میں شرکت سے کتراتی ہے، انسانی ضروریات کو جتنا بھی بڑھایا جائے اس میں اضافہ ہوتا چلا جاتا ہے۔ انسانی ضروریات اس قدر لامحدود ہو جاتی ہے کہ انہیں پورا کرنا انسانیت کے بس سے باہر ہو جاتا ہے، لیکن خود پر جبر کرتے ہوئے ان میں صرف ضروری حاجات پوری کرنا اور باقی کو ترک کرنا ہی دراصل زندگی ہے۔ ہوس و حرص کا غلام بن جانے سے انسان پستی میں گرِ جاتا ہے اگرچہ وہ بہ ذاتِ خود اپنے آپ کو ترقی یافتہ تصور کرتا ہے۔

آئے روز نت نئے فیشن کی وجہ سے لباس بھی ایک مسئلہ بن چکا ہے لباس کی تیاری اور بلا ضرورت خریداری پر بے انتہا سرمایہ خرچ کیا جاتا ہے۔ حالاں کہ لباس ایسا ہونا چاہیے جس سے انسان کی دو بنیادی ضرورتیں پوری ہو سکیں اول ستر یعنی جسم کا ڈھانپنا۔ دوم فرائض کی ادائی میں رکاوٹ نہ بننا۔ زیب ِ تن لباس کو صرف فیشن کی وجہ سے بدلنے کا عمل اسراف کہلاتا ہے جو ایک شیطانی فعل ہے

The Prophet (PBUH) was shocked to see it and took it off, then said, "Allah has not ordered us to clothe brick and stone."

The life of the Caliphs of Rashid was one of simplicity and contentment. Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddique RA used to milk goats despite being the Caliph. Hazrat Umar was found resting under a tree by a foreign ambassador. Hazrat Usman Ghani lived a simple life despite his emirate. Hazrat Ali's life was a perfect example of simplicity.

Sorry! Today, the Muslim Ummah is blindly following other nations. In marriage and other ceremonies, vulgar rituals are being followed. When a nation adopts innovations in imitation of another nation, as a result, it has lost its identity and as an example of "Kwa chala hans ki chaal apni bhi bhol gaya", it also distorts its traditions due to hardships. are Islam is a religion of simplicity. Unfortunately, we have adopted rituals in marriage and grief that have nothing to do with religion.

A major cause of this pain is lack of contentment. Everyone is busy trying to outdo each other by using legitimate and illegitimate means. Overnight, the dream of emirate, instead of the greatness of hard work, has created destruction and destruction in the society. Man is basically greedy, so it is impossible to fulfill his desires. Even man ends his life.

If everyone works with patience and gratitude and agrees to contentment instead of emirates, many problems will be solved by themselves. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Look at those who are lower than you in emirate and look at those who are higher than you in virtue.”

ارشادِ ربانی ہے: ’’فضول خرچ شیطان کے بھائی ہیں۔ ‘‘

اسلام سادگی کا پرچارک اور حضور اکرم ﷺ کی زندگی ہمارے لیے بہترین نمونہ ہے۔ آپؐ اپنے جوتوں کی خود مرمت کر لیتے تھے اور گھر کے دوسرے امور بھی خود نمٹا لیتے تھے۔ آپؐ اپنی ازواج ِ مطہراتؓ کو بھی سادگی کا حکم دیتے تھے۔ ایک مرتبہ حضرت عائشہ صدیقہ ؓ نے دروازے پر نقش و نگار والا کپڑا لٹکا دیا۔ آپؐ دیکھ کے خفا ہو ئے اور اتار دیا، پھر ارشاد فرمایا ’’ اﷲ تعالیٰ نے ہمیں اینٹ پتھر کو کپڑے پہنانے کا حکم نہیں دیا ‘‘

خلفائے راشدین ؓ کی زندگی سادگی و قناعت کا مرقع تھی۔ حضرت ابوبکر صدیق ؓ خلیفہ وقت ہونے کے باوجود بکریوں کا دودھ دوہتے۔ حضرت عمر ؓ کو غیر ملکی سفیر نے درخت کے نیچے آرام فرماتے پایا۔ حضر ت عثمان غنیؓ نے امارت کے باوجود سادہ زندگی بسر کی۔ حضرت علی ؓ کی زندگی سادگی کا کامل نمونہ تھی۔

افسوس! امت مسلمہ آج دیگر اقوام کی اندھا دھند تقلید میں لگی ہوئی ہے۔ شادی بیاہ و دیگر تقریبات میں بے ہودہ رسموں کی پیروی کی جا رہی ہے۔ جب ایک قوم دوسری قوم کی تقلید میں بدعادات اختیار کر لیتی ہے تو نتیجے میں وہ اپنا تشخص کھو بیٹھی ہے اور ’’ کوّا چلا ہنس کی چال اپنی بھی بھو ل گیا ‘‘ کے مصداق اپنی روایات کو بھی تکلفات کے سبب بگاڑ کر رکھ دیتی ہیں۔ دین اسلام سادگی کا امین ہے۔ بد قسمتی سے ہم نے شادی اور غمی میں ایسی رسومات کو اختیار کر لیا ہے جن کا مذہب سے دور تک کوئی واسطہ نہیں۔

اس تکلف کا ایک بڑا سبب قناعت کا فقدان ہے۔ ہر شخص جائز و ناجائز ذرائع استعمال کر کے ایک دوسرے سے بڑھنے کی کوشش میں مصروف ہے۔ محنت کی عظمت کے بہ جائے راتوں رات امارت کے خواب نے معاشرے میں تباہی و بربادی پیدا کر دی ہے۔ انسان بنیادی طور پر حریص ہے اس لیے اُس کی خواہشات کی تکمیل ناممکن ہے۔ یہاں تک کہ انسان اپنی زندگی کا خاتمہ کر بیٹھتا ہے۔

اگر ہر شخص صبر و شکر سے کام لے اور امارات کی بجائے قناعت پر راضی ہو جائے تو بہت سے مسائل خود بہ خود حل ہو جائیں۔ اس کے بارے میں حضور اکرم ﷺ نے خوب صورت ارشاد فرمایا : ’’ امارت میں اپنے سے کم تر کو دیکھو اور نیکیوں میں اپنے سے بلند تر کو دیکھو۔‘‘

We should adopt a modest and simple lifestyle. But it is a pity that simplicity and contentment are not seen in the world today. Nowadays, walking and working with one's hands are considered as vices, women avoid housework and fall prey to false ego and eventually suffer from various diseases like blood pressure, diabetes etc. Because the organs stop working due to non-functioning. This is the reason why the internal system slows down and it becomes difficult to do normal work. Research has proven that women who believe in simplicity and contentment along with busy lives live fitter and more energetic lives throughout their lives.

Simplicity creates comfort in the environment and happiness in hearts. If we want to live a healthy life and solve our economic and social problems, we have to adopt contentment and simplicity in all situations and therein lies the solution to our problems
