Hazrat Syedna Anas bin Malik ra narrates that he said that the Messenger of Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace, would not go to the place of Eid unless he had eaten a few chuhars on the day of Eid al-Fitr, and he would eat chuhars in an odd number. I swear by My honor and glory that today in this gathering (Eid prayer) I will fulfill all the questions you ask about your Hereafter. Whatever you ask about the world, I will look to your good (i.e., I will do what is good for you). I swear by my honor and glory that I will not embarrass you with transgressors (i.e. criminals), just return to your homes forgiven, you have satisfied me and I have also been satisfied with you" (Al-Targheeb). and intimidation).
Etiquette of Eid al-Fitr:
It was narrated from Hazrat Syedna Baridah that the Crown Prince of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to eat something on the day of Eid al-Fitr and went to pray, and on the day of Eid al-Adha he did not eat until he had finished the prayer. (Sunan al-Tirmidhi) Hazrat Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) said that on the day of Eid-ul-Fitr (for the Eid prayer) he would not go until he had eaten a few dates and his soul was weak. (Sahih Al-Bukhari)
