De Jong Never Regretted His Decision.

Frenkie De Jong has come out to address those who think he ever regretted his decision to still remain in Barcelona. De Jong was linked to so many teams during the transfer window, especially in the English premier league, team like Manchester United and Chelsea wanted him he declined, even when they offered him mouth watering deal he still choose to remain at Barcelona.

According to a tweet made by Fabrizio Romano, this is what Frenkie de Jong said and I quote " I always wanted to stay at Barcelona this summer...and that is why I remained calm in the summer"

You can see he  already made up his mind to stay back. Even though the decision might look like a bad one currently as Barcelona is suffering from some financial crisis. We have been hearing of how Barcelona is thinking of cutting the salaries of the players and want to let some players leave. Frenkie De Jong is also affected by the decision.

Concerning the Barcelona issue, De Jong still came out to say and I quote "The club has it's ideas and I have my own idea, sometimes this clashes with each other. But things went ok".

I don't think his salary has been cut yet maybe it is more like a proposal to help solve the clubs current situation. De Jong still keeps his positive mindset in Barcelona and have never showed a sign of regret. He is a young player filled with energy maybe in the future he will change his mind.
