The millionaire is so interested in football and wants to invest more on it. There is enough money in football and he has made the right choice by deciding to invest more on it, his plan on building a multi-club network will be one of the best ownership in football. Todd has the money, he is also willing to spend it. Maybe he wants to follow the footsteps of Manchester City owners who did the same thing he his planning to do now.
