Issue of Awakening Communism: Fact or Fiction?
### Dear serey all
One other impact Indonesia has turned to China is the spread of the issue of the rise of communism. The rise of communism is not the notion of mass organizations or political parties, but it is still an understanding of the frame of mind and ideals of people per person or individual per individual who are members of small groups. For some observers, there is no revival of communism because it is only "hallucinations" or "fiction". The rise of communism becomes "factual" if it is in the form of mass organizations or political parties.
The problem of fiction or the fact about the rise of communism is indeed a polemic content not only among the people, but between the people and the Jokowi Regime.

For them, believing that the rise of communism is fiction is just a political framing of the New Order. The PKI was depicted as cruel and inhuman in its true death. But, there is an effort to revive so that the community is nervous again.
Furthermore, the biological child of PKI founder DN Aidit, Ilham Aidit, was surprised by the emergence of the issue and fear of the rise of communism. Ilham ensured that the PKI would not rise again and communism would not develop.
Somewhat similar to Ilham, Menkopolhukam Wiranto considered that the communist movement at this time was not as great as it used to be. Now there is indeed a sporadic movement. But, there is no international movement supporting the communist movement in Indonesia. Current conditions are not like the cold war era when communist countries got a lot of support from superpowers as protectors.
On the other hand, to believe that the rise of factual communism posed the main argument, that China as an ideological state of communism would certainly help revive communism in Indonesia. This argument caused anxiety and criticism from the anti-communist people, especially TNI officers, Western educated scholars and political Islam groups.
TNI Commander Gatot Nurmantyo, reminded all soldiers to continue to be vigilant and sensitive to ideology leading to radicalism especially PKI. Various activities of the PKI group are rife. This indication can be seen from the emergence of attributes of radical ideology groups, such as hammer sickles, both installed in shoes, shirts, clothes, and banners. Included with the packaging of communist art performances and the like.
The packaging of communist art performances and the like, is one of the concrete manifestations of radical movements that must be observed.
Next, Kasad Jenderal Mulyono reminded that the rise of communist ideology was increasingly apparent. Some groups want to play historical facts as if they were victims. He also reminded that communism as an ideology will never go out.
Communists will morph into a new form. This movement is increasingly difficult to recognize and infiltrate various lines without realizing it.
From the Western education side,
Amien Rais, judging that there was a lie being carried out to cover up the PKI's resurrection. They say communism is outdated, need not be feared, it's not everywhere. This kind of person is very irresponsible, pretending to be stupid. Various ways were done by the PKI to rise again.
At present the communists are trying to destroy the morals of the nation first by making human rights as a shield. Not to mention pornography, drugs, and also that we are trapped with cultural communism.
Central Java MUI suspects communism will reappear.
There are four indications. First, the parties' demands on behalf of the PKI descendants so that the state apologized to the PKI due to the events of 1965. This was considered to be a condition of national reconciliation.
Second, the Government was also asked to investigate the mass graves of PKI members in 1965. This grave is claimed to be evidence of a structured massacre.
Third, the proliferation of seminars, discussions and meetings was initiated and carried out by parties on behalf of sympathizers or defenders of the PKI's human rights. This meeting happened massively, systematically, and openly.
Fourth, the rise of symbols, logos, and matters relating to the PKI.
Next Habib Rizieq agreed on the number of indicators marking the rise of communism. Can be seen through the efforts of a number of community groups:
1. Continuously pressuring the Government to revoke MPRS Decree Number XXV in 1966 concerning the Dissolution of the Indonesian Communist Party. The statement as the Forbidden Organization in the Entire Territory of the Republic of Indonesia for the PKI, and the Prohibition of Spreading or Developing Communist Understanding or Teachings or Marxism-Leninism.
2. Forcing the discussion of the Draft Bill on the 2015 Truth and Reconciliation Commission did not pass the target of discussing the Draft Bill in the DPR.
However, in early 2016 there was an effort from a group of people in the House to re-submit the discussion of the bill.
The target, if the bill passes and becomes a law consequently, should the Jokowi Regime apologize to the PKI, clarify that the PKI is a victim of war crimes, and compensate for losses incurred as a result of the rebellion and betrayal of the communist organization.
3. The loss of history lessons about the PKI's cruelty and betrayal from the national education curriculum. Who has an interest in these two things is none other than the younger generation of PKI members in the past and today still adhere to communism very strongly. The current PKI young generation is suspected to have infiltrated various levels of state and national life, ranging from art and culture in the form of publishing books and films, to being active in political, executive and legislative parties
The Jokowi regime needs to manage and control the political issue of the rise of communism so that it does not become a manifest conflict. If not, this issue could be a factor supporting Jokowi's decline in electability ahead of the upcoming 2019 Presidential Election.
