Come to think of it, and I have no regrets ever, today is Sunday the 14th June 2020. Lest you do not know, it is 1225 hours East African Time and I had decided not to post today. Yet my fingers started twitching uncontrollably and my mind urged me on. Have you ever felt, and that was my feeling, there is something you have to do and do not know what it is! When I took my pen to write is when a sort of tranquility befell me and I was at peace.
I say a big NO to the question above. Sunday is not a seven-letter word. You cannot cheat us because we can read through your tricks. How can you combine two words and go on to lie to us it is one. Compound word, my foot! There is Sun and day combined. Who does not know that? Sun is short for sungod which is a worship for a pagan God. When it was incorporated into the Christian calendar is when they added day.

Then they confused as even more when it comes to the position it holds in a week. Sabbath, that is the seventh day and used to be a day of worship before we were corrupted. Is Sunday the seventh day? Nope, it is the first. That is where our confusion started and never stopped at that.
Am a Christian! I professional Christ as my personal saviour before a big congregation. Suddenly, a certain peace befell upon me and as light as feather I became. A changed man I became! When a person is in Christ, the old is gone and he becomes a new creature.
Do I worship God? Yes, and I do it on Sunday. Yeah, do not judge me, I was brainwashed and swallowed the bait plus the hook. What is in a day anyway? So today is Sunday and you were to find me in Church. Was I there?

Covid19 came complaining and lashing its foul mouth. Social distance was one of its preaching. That is when governments stopped us to attend church on Sunday. OMG! Do you read something in these lines? We were to pray at home. So corona preached to me not to attend church yet I had to pray. Not in my house! Here there are visitors, noisy children and work to do.
My escape saw me on top of a hill near my home. I lay prostrate on the ground and proclaimed my God. I beseeched him to have pity on our souls. This epindemic was having a toll on our lives. I cried! I weeped!

In a shake a lamb's tail, I spied that old lady. I was still in prayer. The old lady with wrinkles all over her face, holding a Calabash half full with porridge sat on a low stool. Surrounding her were six children aged between 3 and 12. They were hungry and each held a small Calabash which the old lady went ahead and dropped some porridge in it. The children leaked each their share in one mouthful. It was not enough. I prayed for the lady with her children. God should take care of her. I cursed corona. I tossed it in the lake of fire to burn in sulphur and brimstone.
In my prayer, as I closed my eyes tightly, I saw people who used to go to work, locked at home. Finances were low and they could barely make ends meet. I prayed for them. I asked Gid to restore order in the world.

Now I was drenched in perspiration and could barely utter the words distinctly. Governments were confused. They were in dilemma to chose between economy and health. I saw them struggle whether to allow people to go over their daily activities at the risk of exposing them to civid19 or keep them locked at home at the expense of the economy. I prayed for them. God had to oversee their decisions.
When I finished praying I felt relieved. God is in control.

Only God will help us out of this epidemic. In prayer we must remain. God is everywhere not just in a building that he builds by calling it church. God is in our hearts, his greatest church is our body that we must take clean, pure in prayer
Nothing but prayer my dear
