The condition of many of them is serious. The ICU unit of Rajshahi Medical College is almost full of patients. If such a situation exists, there will be an oxygen crisis at any time. Authorities should provide an uninterrupted supply of oxygen. Every day only in Rajshahi Medical College, some people are dying due to corona. This incident is sad for us, especially for all the citizens in Rajshahi.
However, most of the patients who are being admitted to Rajshahi Medical College due to corona are from outside Rajshahi city. Especially they are being admitted to Rajshahi Medical College from different cities. It's a very sad one. Because the government should have opened separate Corona ICU centers in big cities and small towns in the vicinity and kept collecting oxygen continuously. As if patients do not have to come to big cities for treatment. This would have reduced the spread of corona disease.
As a result, the corona virus can spread from the corona patient to the people of the city. But the Bangladesh government did not do that, meaning they lack planning.
As you know, the situation of corona virus in India, the neighboring country of Bangladesh, has become serious in the last few months. There is a strong possibility of spreading that variant in Bangladesh as it is a border country. That is why I think the Bangladesh government should be more aware of border security. So that no person from India can enter Bangladesh illegally and those who will enter legally have to stay in the mandatory quarantine for 14 days.At the same time, the government should open Corona ICU centers in every city and make arrangements to provide oxygen supply.
