As a result, the lives of the people of our country have been adversely affected.
A few days ago, a ticket to my city cost 150 taka. But now it has increased to 200 taka. That is the first step in a 25 percent rent increase. There is a big impact. The price of rice in food items was 50 taka per kg. Now the price of rice is 60 taka per kilogram. You realize how much this has affected people's lives in the last few days. It is normal for food prices to rise as a result of rising fuel prices. Because fuel oil is needed to produce crops. Prices of many items have gone up since the day after the announcement of fuel price hike. There are many people who are lower class and lower middle class. All of these people's lives and livelihoods will be much more difficult. Because their main goal is food. But as food prices rise, so do their food concerns.
But sadly, even though the price of fuel oil has come down in the world market, the price of fuel oil has not come down in our country yet. The price of fuel oil should be reduced immediately.
