Delicious frying Silver carp fish

Ingredients

>>Silver carp fish 1 kg

Tumaric 1/2 tablespoons

Salt 1/2 tablespoons

Mustrad oil 100 grams

Water as needed

Preparation and process

Step 1

First of all I collected Silver carp fish for making this fry recipe .

Step 2

I removed  Silver carp fish shells  and washed this fish with fresh water .I cut this Silver carp  fish as needed and washed this Silver carp fish with fresh water .

Step 3

After washing this fish,i mixed 1/2 tablespoons tumaric and 1/2 tablespoons salt with  Silver carp fish .

Step 4

I heated  100 grams mustrad oil in pan .I admixed Silver carp  fish with heat oil in pan.

Step 6

I fried this Silver carp fish with heat mustrad oil in pan.Thus I fried this delicious Silver carp fish.
