The world conscience is awakening day by day to stop drug addiction. The international community has stepped in to overcome this life-threatening and destructive epidemic. Against this background, the UN general assembly declared 1991-2000 as the 'Decade Against Drugs'. At the end of the century, judging by how successful we have been in this decade, the results will come out. The whole world was united but could not get rid of this curse.
It is true today that abuse and illegal trafficking could not be stopped just by providing law and punishment. In order to create mass awareness, the activities of mass media need to be further expanded. In addition to reducing the availability of drugs, it is important to ensure the production of essential drugs in a controlled manner. Patriotism is needed to prevent the entry of drugs across the country's borders illegally by land, sea and air. There is a need to increase the number of leaked balls.
