Books are our closest friends. We get books all the time even if we don't get anyone by our side in times of danger. Books are always by our side to know, understand and learn something. Today is Wednesday. It is not possible to get out of this lockdown. So if you read a book at home, you can have a much better time. I love read book very much. I want to share with you today what I have learned and understood from the book I am reading today.

The book I read today is called "Management Information System". Written by Kenneth C. Laudon and Jane p. Laudon. On the first day I read up to three chapters from the book.

 

 

Chapter One:

 

From chapter one i am learn about Information System in Global Business Today. And also learn :

 

1. How information systems are transformed into business and what is the relationship of business with globalization. Business conducting have essential tools that like E-mail,online,computer, smartphone and tablet. The Internet allows many businesses to respond to customer purchases, sales, advertising, and add-ons online. Organizations are striving to become more competitive and efficient by digitally enabling their core business processes. Also try to evolving into digital firm. Internet helps the organization by reducing the costs of producing, buying and selling goods on a global scale.

 

2. Management information system is essential for running and managing a business today. Businesses use information system to achieve some objectives that's are : operational, new products, service, excellence, business models,customer / supplier,decision making, competitive advantage etc.

 

3. Exactly information system collects, stores and disseminates information and support organizational function that's like decision making, communication, coordination control,analysis, transfrom raw data etc. In a business perspective an information system provide a solution to a problem. It's provide challenge facing a firm and represente combination of management, organization,technology. Management information system involve issues such as : leadership, strategy and management behavior. On the other hand, technology consists of computer hardware,software, data management technology etc. The organizations information system involve issues like organization's hierarchy, functions specialist, business process, culture etc.

 

4. Also knowing complementary assests and complementary asstes essential for ensuring that information system.

 

5. Finally know about academic discipline are used to study of information system. And it contribute to an understanding of information systems.
