In the first T20 match, India won the toss and elected to bat first. And invited England to field. India batted first, losing two wickets in a one to six power play and collecting 66 runs. After that Hardik Pandya scored 51 runs from 33 balls and India lost 8 wickets and scored 198 runs.
In reply, England went down to bat and lost three wickets in the power play and scored 32 runs. Hardik Pandya's superb bowling is not a good product for England. Hardik Pandya bowled four overs and took four wickets for 33 runs.
England lost all their wickets for 148 runs in 19.3 overs. Moin Ali was the highest run scorer for England with 36 off 20 balls.
Outcome of the game: -
India defeated England by 50 runs. In this regard, India went ahead 1-0.
