Cultural differences between Indian and western society.

Cultural differences between Indian society and other parts of the world are too big. Indian society means Indian subcontinent society which includes more particularly the three countries India, Bangladesh and Pakistan. Although there are also some cultutal differences in different parts of Indian society, it is not too much after all a vast area consideration. And I think the culture of this area is too good and attractive than any other parts of the world. And it is seen from time to time that many person from different parts of the world arebeing attracted by this superb culture of Indian society and stayed here to be in touch of this culture.

 

 

As far I know that in western society freedom of the individual is given the top priority than any other things. It is good aspects of their society but the main problem is sometime they give more freedom of the individual that leads some brutal problem in their society. And this is seen severely particularly in case of woman. Obviously women have equal right as that of a man but it is not good way in which they give right to womam. There is much lackings. And when they focus on individual freedom more they unwilling have to reject much responsibility of other family members like mother, father, brother, sister, husband, wife etc. And that is why there is seen much single mother or single father family. That is not good sign for an aristrocrate society.

 

 

I even criticise their view on women freedom on an other aspects. They sometimes criticise islam because of mandatory rules that prohibit an adult woman to go in front of other man except some particular person. Once I was enjoying a tv show in an American tv channel. It was a time of advertisement. They broadcasted a car advertisement where a woman standed in front of a new car wearing a bikini. And there was a sentence, "Wanna buy?" 

 

Another question crossed my mind. For which they asked us to buy? That girl or the car? What a shame for woman society. But even this is considered as a good sign in western society. Shame!!!!

 

 

I can show some more example like that. But there is much difference in Indian society in this context. Though nowadays our society is beibg toxicated by western culture, but even I hold our individuality. But the toxic and biased media never criticise western. On the other hand they always express falsehood about ours. That is very shocking.

 

 

Anyway I hope one day our culture will get proper recognition on their bad ones. Thanks.
