Asking someone personal affair without permission: isn't it a crime?

Asking someone about his/her personal affairs is a kind of sin as I think. I don't understand how anyone can ask other about personal affair without permission or when he/she is not feeling comfortable for this type of discussion. This type of foolish task like asking about peraonal affair can suffer the victim a lot, particularly mentally. And obviously it has a long term bad effect on the victim’s mind. Shouldn't we recognise it as a crime? When anyone harm other physically, we call it a crime. But when anyone harm other mentally, why we don't recognise it mentally? Itnis matter of big fun for me. Really ridiculous!!!!!! 

 

Recently I have read some article about this on facebook from different users. One of them is a Bangladeshi expatriate who is currently living in Estonia. He shared his experience when he returned Bangladesh at 2010, his motherland, after 5 years staying in England and Sweden for higher study purpose. But the experience he faced after returning in Bangladesh was not good. He was tired of hearing questions from others about his personal affairs. And at last he left his motherland again and now he is a teacher of an well known university of Estonia. Though he had a big desire to serve his country through the teaching profession. But he was very disappointed. 

 

 

 

In another article the user shared something more awkward. His friend committed suicide when he was suffering a lot by such type of foolish question from other, such as: 

1) When will you marry?

2) What is the amount of you monthly salary?

3) Do you love anyone?

4) How much is your cgpa?

and so on. This list will be too long if I write all. 

 

Isn't such type of question is too bad? But it is very common issue here in Bangladesh. Here even strangers can ask you these questions. I don't know what to say then. 

 

I think this type of people who do such should be treated as a criminal. And they should be punished. But it is very hard to calculate the intensity of this kind attack. May be that's why we can't treat it as a crime and make it official. But we should give up such behaviour. It is really give a lot of pain to victim.
