My first day on serey and I have problem with the wallet. Who can help?

Hello serey!! My name is Stelios, I am from Greece and today is my first day here. I found out about this platform on blurt and I decided to sign up in order to check it out. Today I have spent much time in reading posts here and see how the platform works. I really liked some of the features of serey like the 75% author rewards and I saw one nice developing community.

 

After my research on the serey platform, I decided to buy some serey coins and power them up. I found at the serey site that I can exchange bitcoin cash to serey coins directly into the serey wallet, so I downloaded the wallet, created a new bch adress and I deposited some bch from binance. Then I sent them on the serey wallet, but then I couldn't find them in order to exhange them into serey coins and power.

 

My bch payment never came, and I tried to refresh the wallet, but there was an error sign was saying network error. I do not worry about losing my bch because I think I can restore them because I have saved the 12 worlds and the wif of the bsc wallet but I want to exhange my bch into serey power. Also I do not know how to restore a bch wallet in order to take my funds back and try the south exchange.

 

So if anyone can help me and tell me what to do, I would be grateful.
