How To Duplicate or Reproduce Success

If you want to be successful, do what successful people do. If you do not want to be a failure, observe unsuccessful people and avoid doing what they do. This principle applies to general life, ministry and business.

To duplicate the success of an individual or organization, the following measures should be followed.

1. Identify the specific skill or behavior/result you want to reproduce. What is it that you admire in the person or organization?
2. Locate a specific individual or organization, in which the quality you desire is found.
3. Observe in detail and capture in writing, what was done and how the individual or organization achieved the results.
4. Reexamine your result to ensure that you have captured everything that was done by the individual or organization to achieve the success. What price did the individual or organization pay? What is the reason for the failure of an individual or organization?
5. Reproduce the success you desire by following the process in 3 and 4 above.
6. Give room for initial failure and keep at it.
