Manners and courtesy..
Almost everyone knows that, what is called communication is an interpersonal skill that is important and must be owned by everyone. Because with good communication skills that are owned by each person, there will be a good relationship with other people. Then are there other important things that need to be considered to establish a communication?

On this occasion I tried to explore just a little about how to foster good and effective communication between people, then what do we need to pay attention to? Both start from gestures, body language, attitudes, and words during communication, besides paying attention to verbal communication, you also need to pay attention to non-verbal communication.
Body language such as eye contact and facial expression is one example of non-verbal communication that can show our emotions to the other person such as happy, nervous, enthusiastic, and so on. This is of course the most important thing to have to support an appropriate communication, not to offend the other person. So that communication is created truly effective and right on target.
Adab and manners are ethics that must be possessed by every human being, without exception. In this case, as much as possible adjust the intonation and volume when speaking so that it is heard clearly by the other person. When during communication there is a friction, this is when you have to keep calm and control your emotions so you don't get carried away. The important point here is to try to speak firmly but calmly.
Although basically every communication is a two-way process, but sometimes in interacting with others we are too focused on what we will convey. Finally we miss what we might consider trivial but it is actually important to establish effective communication.
This is what I can explain on this good occasion, hopefully it will always benefit us all in order to increase comfort in interacting and communicating with others. It is very important to remember, that life and human life cannot be separated from things that are always principle, and often forget little things. So never underestimate small things. Because of the small things that arise big things..
