Wash the pieces of hilsa fish well and drain the water. Then apply a little turmeric, chilli powder and salt. Now heat the mustard oil in a pan and fry the pieces of hilsa fish.

The tail of the fish should be fried in such a way that it does not become too hard on top and the fish should be boiled well. Then cool the fried fish.

Choose fish skewers very carefully and patiently. Fry the dried chillies in the same oil. Then cool the pepper and mix a little salt with it and grind it.
