ក្រុមហ៊ុន Peace Petroleum Cambodia ដែលជាអតីតម្ចាស់ស្ថានីយ៍ប្រេងឥន្ធនៈ PTT បានចេញសេចក្តីជូនដំណឹងផ្លូវការមួយ ដោយបញ្ជាក់ពីការបញ្ចប់អាជីវកម្មលើផលិតផលចាស់ និងម៉ាកយីហោ ហើយប្តូរទៅម៉ាកថ្មីដែលមានឈ្មោះថា Peace Petroleum Cambodia ដែលអក្សរកាត់ថា PPC។

សេចក្តី​ប្រកាស​របស់​ក្រុមហ៊ុន Peace Petroleum មាន​ខ្លឹមសារ​ដូច​តទៅ៖

ជំហាន​ដំបូង​គឺ​បញ្ឈប់​ប្រតិបត្តិការ​ផលិតផល និង​ម៉ាក​យីហោ​ចាស់ ហើយ​ប្តូរ​ទៅ​ម៉ាក​យីហោ​ថ្មី​ឈ្មោះ Peace Petroleum Cambodia (PPC)។

មានស្ថានីយសរុបចំនួន ៣៥ ក្នុងនោះ ៣១ កំពុងដំណើរការ និង ៤ កំពុងសាងសង់។

ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលអន្តរកាលនេះ ភីភីស៊ី កំពុងធ្វើការរៀបចំប្រភពផ្គត់ផ្គង់ប្រេងឥន្ធនៈស្របតាមគោលការណ៍របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ប្រព័ន្ធបញ្ជាទិញប្រេងឥន្ធនៈ មធ្យោបាយដឹកជញ្ជូនតាមស្ថានីយ ប្រព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រង និងការបញ្ជាទិញឧបករណ៍ជាដើម ដើម្បីកែលម្អរចនាប័ទ្មអាជីវកម្ម និងនិមិត្តសញ្ញាថ្មីសម្រាប់ស្ថានីយនីមួយៗ។

គម្រោងទាំងអស់នេះត្រូវការពេលយ៉ាងតិច 3 ខែ ដើម្បីអាចឱ្យប្រតិបត្តិការអាជីវកម្មថ្មីដំណើរការដោយជោគជ័យ និងរលូន។

ដើម្បីឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងដំណោះស្រាយផ្លូវច្បាប់ផ្សេងៗ និងធានាបាននូវការបន្តអាជីវកម្មរបស់ស្ថានីយ៍ដែលនឹងដំណើរការក្រោមម៉ាកយីហោថ្មីសម្រាប់រយៈពេលអន្តរកាលនេះ PPC បានសម្រេចចិត្តដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាដូចខាងក្រោមៈ

* ពេលវេលា៖ ក្រុមហ៊ុនត្រូវការពេលវេលាដែលបានរៀបរាប់ខាងលើដើម្បីធ្វើការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ រៀបចំរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធអាជីវកម្មថ្មីដែលយើងមិនបានគ្រោងទុកជាមុន និងគ្រប់គ្រងស្តុកប្រេងនៅស្ថានីយ៍នីមួយៗមុនពេលផ្លាស់ប្តូរ។

* គ្រប់គ្រងស្តុកប្រេងរយៈពេលខ្លីពីម៉ាកចាស់ៗ ប៉ុន្តែមិនមែនប្រេងពីប្រទេសដែលពលរដ្ឋធ្វើពហិការនោះទេ។

Former owner of 35 PTT gas stations officially unveils new business brand, Peace Petroleum Cambodia (PPC)

Peace Petroleum Cambodia, the former owner of PTT gas stations, have issued an official notice confirming the end of business on the old products and brand and switching to a new brand called Peace Petroleum Cambodia, abbreviated as PPC.

The announcement from Peace Petroleum reads as follows:

The first step is to stop operating the old products and brands and switch to a new brand called Peace Petroleum Cambodia (PPC).

There are a total of 35 stations, of which 31 are in operation and 4 are under construction.

During this transition period, PPC is working to organize fuel supply sources in accordance with the principles of the Royal Government of Cambodia, fuel ordering systems, terminal transportation facilities, management systems, and equipment ordering, etc. to improve the business style and new logo for each terminal.

All of these projects require at least 3 months to enable the new business operations to run successfully and smoothly.

In order to respond to various legal solutions and ensure the business continuity of the stations that will operate under the new brand for this transitional period, PPC has decided to address the following issues:

*Time frame: The company needs the time mentioned above to make changes, prepare for new business structures that we did not plan in advance, and manage oil stocks at each station before the change.

*Managing short-term oil stocks from old brands, but not oil from countries that citizens are boycotting.
