Common people suffer due to irregularities in Union Parishad

Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah Almighty and your good prayers, Allah Almighty has kept me very well. If Allah Almighty grants me the grace to speak today as usual, I will speak about it. If He pleases me, I will speak about it. Inshallah. 

I will speak about the matter. There are no rules of the Union Parishad. What is the Union Parishad called? The village court. All the matters are resolved here. We all have the work of the Eid Parishad. Here, starting from birth registration to the distribution of relief materials, all the activities are carried out here. I have been to this Parishad many times and I have seen that many people are constantly committing irregularities intentionally. During the previous government, I saw that they took a five-minute job for a week, and they took a 10-taka job and played for a thousand taka. In this way, they commit irregularities in every place.

The dishonest people sit there, who are responsible there. Every person thinks of himself as a big officer and has the advantages of any job. The secretary there thinks of himself and the prime minister there thinks of himself. You can talk to every employee there and those who have any responsibility. Every person talks without money. Every person takes 100 taka instead of 10 taka at least and I am talking about five minutes of work for a few days. 

When I look at their work, it seems that they are busy harassing people. Why do they sit there to harass people? Their main job is to harass people. And when I talk to them, I feel like they are our enemies or we are their enemies. Even if I ask them a good question, they do not answer well. Even if I ask them a question, how do they talk? There is a lot of distance between us. How do they know? Their behavior is very bad. Their soul is very dirty. Their behavior is very bad. 

All the rules they talk about are not in the upper echelons. They started all this by themselves and applied it to people. For example, for birth registration, where it is free, 100 taka, there is 800 taka, where it is 50 taka. Money is making people suffer, it is definitely about paper, you need it again and again, when you see their behavior, it seems that there is no one in the people, behavior does not go with them. 

Like this, I went to the polling office yesterday, I remember I went there just for one thing, I saw that some poor people were given a little ball, many people from that village went at eight in the morning, many people went at ten in the afternoon, many people went at noon, after sitting until noon, after the noon meal, they say, stand in your line, again they say, finally, see the birth registration, again they say, stand, it will be a little late, again I say, we will all come. 

Recover the stars and keep them in the sun and eat inside, they do not consider people as people. There is no such person who does not need the Union Parishad, every person pays, only has an identity, and has to go, and does everything in small ways, everyone needs the Parishad where all the people come and go, all the people need, all the people come and go, so what should be done a little faster, the burden is doing such irregularities. 

To avoid irregularities, we must bring it under the law and make the District Administrator ignorant of the matter, the Union Parishad's colors are people Suffering, such suffering of people, such running of people, waste of money, girls are in trouble, people should be given a little from something, of course, the district council
