This afternoon I went to visit two brick kilns on the north side of our village. Bricks are made in these kilns. In addition to making bricks, when brick making stops, during the rainy season, the younger brothers of our village go to the brick kiln to play football. Since there is no field for playing football in our village, our younger brothers go to that brick kiln to play football.

I will try to write something about brick kiln brick making to you.

Brick kilns are made in brick kilns. First, a large area has to be determined for making bricks. After determining the area, the area has to be cleared. The area has to be kept parallel. A brick-making factory has to be built in the middle of the brick kiln. For making bricks, a clever pass is made and a high wall is built. Then, a huge bomb is made to let out the smoke from the brick kiln. With this bomb, all the black smoke from this kiln comes out.

What is needed to make bricks

Different types of materials are needed for making bricks. First of all, attel soil is needed for making bricks. Attel soil bricks are the best. It is seen that every brick kiln has three to four mountains of soil accumulated. During brick making, a soil grinding mill is set up near this soil. Many workers work in this mill. These workers turn this attel soil into mud. After turning it into mud, this attel soil is pushed back into the machine. After being ground in the machine, there is a wheelbarrow to carry the ground soil in each kiln. The soil is taken to wherever it is made in that wheelbarrow.

Then there is a separate brick worker for making bricks. The job of this worker is only to prepare bricks. There is a brick form in this form, the soil mixed with sand and ground in a machine is poured by hand and then poured into the ground. Raw bricks are made.

These raw bricks are made and allowed to dry in the sun again. When they are fairly dry, then these bricks are turned over. Whenever the ginger is dry, the bricks are allowed to dry in rows on both sides. In this way, it takes 15 to 20 days to dry a brick.

Then the rows of bricks are arranged in rows with the help of the worker, where the bricks are burnt, in this way, raw bricks are made and prepared for burning. After that, the fireman is there to prepare the bricks completely. Their job is to light the fire with coal. There is such a system of burning bricks in the kiln, they only light the fire with coal and burn these bricks well. In this way, the bricks are prepared.

Again, when these bricks are burnt, these bricks have to be taken out of the brick kiln. At that time, the bricks have to be arranged outside with the help of workers. I have taken many pictures

Now let's talk about brick sales.

The owner of the kiln has many employees in the brick kiln. They perform all the work from making bricks to selling bricks. Among them, there is also a cashier and a manager. All the rest of the people work as they say.

The price of 1,000 bricks is about 10 to 12 thousand taka. This brick kiln produces a sufficient amount of bricks every year. No matter how many bricks are produced, the demand for bricks is also high. It is seen that they produce bricks for six months in a year and sell them all year round.

They produce bricks for six months and sell bricks for the rest of the year. They cannot produce bricks all year round. When it rains, they cannot produce bricks. The owner of the kiln gets wet in the rain and suffers a lot of losses. Therefore, the owner of the kiln produces bricks all year round during the 6 months when there is no rain in the year.

There is a huge demand for bricks in the market. Again, many things are now done with the help of sophisticated machines to work in the brick kiln. This saves a lot of money. Earlier, the soil was cut by workers, but now the soil is cut by soil cutting machines. This machine works more soil in a short time.

They bring that soil back by car and pile it up like a mountain. During the rainy season, they cannot bring any more soil. So it can be seen that during the time that is left except during the rainy season, they bring the soil from the flood plain and pile it up like a mountain.

Now let's talk about playing in the brick kiln.

The brick kiln works for 6 months. The brick kiln remains empty for the remaining six months. There is no field in our area or in our village to play. So the younger brothers in our area use the 6 months that are left in the brick kiln for playing. Our younger brothers also work a lot to play in the brick kiln. Because there are many bricks scattered randomly in the brick kiln. Before playing, the younger brothers in our village clean them. Then they prepare the field.

They play football regularly in this field. We see that people from different villages come to this brick kiln field and play competitive football with our village. Football is a popular game in our village. I used to love playing this football when I was a child. Now I love playing football very much. Although I don't have time to play football like before.

When I was a child, football was my only addiction. Whenever I came home from school in the afternoon, I would go wherever I was to play football. These words are just in my memory now. Now I don't have time like before to play football. Although I do have some time, I don't want to play anymore. But if I do have time, I definitely watch my younger brothers play in the afternoon. I enjoy watching football.

Everyone, young and old, understands football. I often see the younger brothers of our village competing with other villages in playing football. The younger brothers of our village play football quite well. Since there is such a brick kiln near the house, the game is very good. It becomes a beautiful, huge field for playing football. Playing football in this clay field is very fun. But there is another problem because the ground in this clay field is very hard. If you slip and fall, you are afraid of losing your hands and feet and getting cut off.
