Subject of writing: Date palm jhola jaggery

Dear brothers and friends, how are you all, I hope you are well by the grace of Allah. I am well, God willing, with your prayers. Today, the topic I am going to write to you is about date palm trees and date palm jhola jaggery.

Planting date palm seedlings

In Bangladesh, it is seen that date palm jaggery is cultivated more in Lalpur Upazila of Natore district. They plant date palm trees on both sides of the road without planting any other trees. Again, some people plant date palm gardens on the land. They plant date palm seedlings and gradually grow those seedlings with fertilizers and pesticides.

When the date palm seedlings grow fairly big. Then they clean the weeds of the date palm trees.

Date palm juice collection

The juice can be collected from the date palm tree when it is quite big. Date palm juice can be collected when the trunk of the date palm tree is two to three feet. Date palm juice is usually available in greater quantities in winter. The colder it gets, the more date palm juice there is. There are some methods of collecting date palm juice, which I will try to write for you below.

The first thing to collect date palm juice is to clean the date palm tree. The date palm juice should be cut neatly at the place where the date palm juice is to be collected. The date palm juice should be collected in that bone by putting a bone in the date palm tree. Usually, the bone is put in the afternoon. The date palm juice should be brought down from the hari early in the morning. The date palm pulp can be poured into a glass and eaten immediately.

Making jaggery from date palm juice

Jaggery is made from date palm juice. You have to bring the date juice and pour it into a large cauldron. You have to buy a cauldron for making date juice. You have to make a stove in the size of the cauldron. You have to pour the date juice into that cauldron. You have to make it for about one to one and a half hours. After making it, you have to sprinkle some sugar inside it. Then the date molasses grains are good.

I have seen this date juice being made with my own eyes. I have a relative in Lalpur police station of Natore district. While visiting this relative's house, I saw with my own eyes how they collect juice from date trees. How they plant seeds in date trees. How they collect juice from date trees and make molasses. So I am trying to write something for you.

Raw date juice is very sweet to eat. Once I went to visit my sister's house on a winter day. My sister's house is in Laudhara village of Lalpur police station. They have many date trees. They usually plant one to 120 trees. During the winter, I went to visit my sister's house. I left home in the morning and reached my sister's house in the afternoon. After eating there, in the evening, she collected the juice from the date tree and gave it to us to eat.

I had never eaten date juice before. This was my first time eating date juice. When my brother-in-law brought me date juice, I first ate a glass. After eating a glass, I found it very sweet and delicious. So I ate 2-3 more classes of date juice. I liked it very much. Date juice is very cold during winter.

I think I was eating it from the refrigerator. I was there for almost three days at that relative's house. I ate a lot of date juice in these three days. One morning, I woke up and saw my mother collecting the date juice from the tree and preparing it for making jaggery. I watched carefully how jaggery is made from date juice. Just as sugarcane juice is made by burning sugarcane juice, date palm juice is made by netting it.

About 15 to 20 liters of juice is obtained from a tree. If you want this juice, you can sell it raw. The price of a glass of juice can be sold for 15 to 20 taka. Again, if you make jaggery, the price of 1 kg of jaggery can be sold for 200 to 300 taka. Jaggery is made in two types, number one Patali jaggery and number two Jhalapur.

Some medicine is required to make Patalibur. But no medicine is required to make Jholagur. It is very fun to eat Chhola jaggery. I like Jhola jaggery. So my father gave me about 15 to 20 kg of jaggery. I took Jhola jaggery because there is no medicine in Jhola jaggery.

I brought that jaggery home. When I brought it home, I almost see it in the morning or whenever I feel like it, I pour the jaggery into a bowl and eat it. With that jaggery, oil cakes and various types of cakes can also be made. Today, after finishing eating at noon, I saw that there was date jaggery in a mug, I poured some jaggery from there into a bowl. I poured it into the bowl and had fun eating those jaggery. My father and they eat pitha with jaggery.

I poured that jaggery into the bowl and took some pictures. I will try to take pictures and share those pictures with you. Date jaggery, especially date jaggery, is liked by everyone in our family. No medicine is given in this jaggery, so this jaggery will not cause any harm to our body. Okay, have a good morning, that's all for today. I am ending today's writing with the wish of good health for everyone. Allahafez
