Why do you dislike your job?

If someone dislikes her/his job, there are many reasons behind that. I'm going to share some reasons below.

 

When you join an organization or company, you always try to do better. When you do your job successfully in a short period of time, you are given another job. You did that pretty fast. Then you are given another task. It goes on and on. You will see someone in your company who gets paid higher than you, but does not do much work.

You introduce a system that helps others to do a task faster. It took 5 employees to work for two days to finish the task. Now following your system, one employee can do the same task in an hour. It saves time and money. Still, instead of appreciating you, you will hear that your boss says it takes one hour to do that. What are you doing now? Do all these things.
You are given more pressure every single day. Ok, you can take it. But you will not get rewards for your contribution.

You are doing a great job. You add value to the company. Unfortunately, you will not see any reflection of your talent and effort on your salary.

It is kinda disappointing when you see your salary does not increase as per your contribution. Your company makes money and it increases because of your hard work and talent. But there is no reflection on your reward.

When you are in college or university, your teacher might say that life would be awesome if you do a certain job. You realize the reality after getting the job. It is not what you thought it would be.
