We always try to avoid risk. But do you know what is the biggest risk?
Sometimes the biggest risk is that you don't take any risk at all. You are too comfortable where you are and don't want to change. Then you will not grow either. You have to take the risk to get out of your comfort zone. Yes, there's a risk to fall. To get to the next level, you have to be comfortable with uncomfortable. And you have to give your best shot.
