There are moments in life when you cannot decide what to do next. You are unable to figure it out what would be the best choice of your career, that is the weak point of your career. Your one decision can change your entire professional life.

After finishing your academic studies if you cannot decide which direction you should go, and you are confused, that's the weak point. If you are confused, you cannot focus on anything and you cannot put your 100% effort. So, figure it out as soon as possible. Then concentrate your mind and try your best to get there.

You are doing a job and you get another job offer. If you fail to make the right decision, that is the weak point of your career. Again if you do not like your job and want to do something on your own, you have to decide whether you quit your job and start doing what you want to do or continue doing your job.

Before making any final decision, do your research, and analyze everything including your financial condition, future prosperity and risk. A decision can change your life. Just don't make any decisions based on emotion. Analyze the market and take decision based on reality. Then focus on that and eventually you will get there where you always wanted to be.
