[Poem] A Canvas of Memories

 

Across the canvas of my mind,

A landscape vast and ever-wide,

Memories paint a vibrant scene,

With hues both bright and bittersweet.

 

The laughter shared, the tears we cried,

The friendships forged, the bonds we tied,

The victories won, the dreams we vied,

All captured here, where emotions hide.

 

Each brushstroke tells a story untold,

Of days of gold and hearts grown old,

Of lessons learned, of lessons bold,

A treasure trove, a story to be told.

 

And though the years may paint the ground,

With memories lost, forever drowned,

The essence of what once was found,

Will forever linger, safe and sound.

 

For in remembering, we find our worth,

A testament to life's journey's girth,

A precious gift, a newfound birth,

A canvas painted on the face of Earth.
