From sandy shores, I hear it call,
The ocean's voice, enthralling all.
It whispers tales of distant lands,
Of creatures swimming on golden sands.
I long to cross the vast expanse,
To feel the salt upon my chance,
To dive into the depths unknown,
And find a world of my own.
But land and sea are worlds apart,
Divided by a beating heart.
The waves that crash and roll so high,
Create a barrier, reaching the sky.
Yet, in my dreams, a bridge appears,
Connecting continents through the years.
A path of hope, a shimmering light,
Bridging the gap between day and night.
With each step taken, the distance fades,
And land and sea, in friendship shades.
The bridge becomes a testament,
To the power of love, never spent.
