it involves the over flow of water from Rivers, lagoons, and excessive rain fall, other factors like low land mass could also influence flooding but these are some major factors that could influence flooding.
It involves the destruction of lives and properties, Internally Displaced Persons, refugees, it could lead to many negative effects, people in these affected areas are suffering seriously, some have no where to take shelter, because the flood has taken over their houses, many lost their lives in the process, schools has been shut down in these areas, businesses are suffering,farm products are being damaged,the negative effects are too numerous to mention.
