"It's better that I don't do that, because I have failed many times in the past."
"It's better that someone is calling for me, cause of my speech impairment."
For many years I have been telling myself these story's and many others, and starting to believe them.
And a couple of years ago I came across a mentalist named Derren Brown, and the first show "infamous" was an eye opener for me when he said: "we're all trapped inside of our own heads, by the story's we tell ourselves, whether it's good or bad it defines as a person."
In a weird way you could say that is the soul of a person.
These story's that I or we have been telling ourselves and others is it our strength, weakness or both?
It's well known that when we focus hard on those story's they became a part of your life, and at the same time it narrows your perceptions amongst other things.
So wouldn't be better if we lived in the present?
If we lived in the present would poeple still act the way we are doing now in this "crisis"?
I personally think we would not act the way we do now.
We would accept life the way it's meant to and live day bye day, instead of what the future might bring, or the past might do to you if you don't do something about it.
