My presentation and first post on Serey. A new journey begins!

Hello everyone at Serey!.😀 

 

 My name is Ana Pialejo Guillén, I am 28 years old and I have been a content creator since 2017. By profession I am an engineer, however I did not practice my career and I dedicated myself to writing content. Certainly dedicating myself to writing was not what I expected as an adult, but when I was in high school I wanted to study Journalism. The latter was not possible because in my country this career is expensive. But far from being a complaint, I think that despite all my life has smiled at me a lot. I love what I do, and I believe that there is nothing more important than loving your work. So you will never be on the wrong side, it will always be like a caress to the soul.

 I generally write about DIY sections, cooking (I love sweet cooking) and have managed to accumulate a great variety of recipes. I think one of my next plans is to put out an e-book on desserts. The cuisine of my country Venezuela is very varied and totally accented with different cultures. In short, it is a gastronomy worthy of detailing and transmitting it, many of my desserts I have learned with my family and others, they are very personal variations.

Apart from cooking, I like making children's clothes. However, I have this aspect on hiatus. I think I'm happier with cooking and writing. In addition to what has been said, I also write about topics in general, related to blockchain ecosystems, personal growth and human emotions.

Hobbies:

Now that I think about it, I don't think I have any. I spend the day really busy, in the diverse tasks of the home and also those of the work. Despite being an independent job, it takes a lot of self-discipline. I consider that it is one of the factors that has marked me, being me who establishes my hours and hours of work. Many times I think I abuse in this! 😅  A
