Mental poverty. Individual complex.

P

When we think of poverty, we immediately associate deficiencies. Lack of money for food, clothing, medicine, basic bills, among others. We associate poverty with the mentality of looking everywhere for the cheapest food, but without caring that it is not the healthiest: choosing to reduce everything scarce already related to dresses and shoes. And just like this, keep reducing and reducing more until you reach a clear point where you take the narrowest thing that society discards.

However, today it can be said that poverty is not simply synonymous with material deprivation, but rather a state of mind. People with a tendency to mental poverty are seen and stressed in bad contexts, depriving their development and growth. They become immediate precursors of '' I can't '' and likewise blur their own smile and those around them.

It is certainly a sad context, but very normal to find. People immersed in lack and unwilling to do something to get out of there.

Cultivate good thinking:

I read a long time ago "that we are what we think", this is what attracts you. Well, you may not think of yourself as a millionaire (or fall into false or exaggerated illusions), but as an independent person with the ability to go through obstacles, grow and develop. Think of yourself as an intelligent person who takes control of his life and leads it to better paths. Positive thoughts are very important, because they charge us with good energy and disposition, they make us focus on solutions. a good thought is a daily gesture, it is like giving medicine to the soul, giving you a mental hug.

On the other hand, people with mental poverty paint different scenarios, sit in the hole and just fold their arms to wait for life to pass. Certainly in society we see a lot of inequalities and extraordinary cases of nepotism, injustice, bad economy, and stop counting; but even so, we are totally responsible for what we do with our lives, the steps we take and the fruits we take depend on us.

Tips to free yourself from mental poverty:

  • Visualize solutions and not problems.
  • Stop worrying and falling into tears that do not lead to anything, act.
  • Organize your time, income and expenses.
  • Set goals and objectives, estimate real times for the achievement of each one.
  • Learn, learn, learn a lot. Life is a constant learning and what you learn today, can serve you in the future.
  • Take care of your emotions and yours.

This last point (take care of your emotions and yours), I think is one of the most important, and I have well read that emotions are reflected and nest in our body. Like, stress, suffering, worries, anxiety, depression and many others, over time condense and transform into lethal physical illnesses.

Life is one, let's make it a beautiful place and subject to good thoughts that are reaffirmed with good actions.✨
