Bangladesh Scouts is a national scout organization in Bangladesh. Scouting activities began in this area in the 1st of that year as part of the British Indian branch of the Scout Association of East Pakistan (now Bangladesh). Later, as a part of the Pakistan Boy Scout Association, scouting activities continued till the independence of Bangladesh. After the independence of Bangladesh in 5, the scouting organization was formed at the national level called the Bangladesh Scout Association. In 6 Bangladesh became a member of the international scout movement. Later, Bangladesh Scouts Association was renamed as Bangladesh Scouts. As of 28, the total number of scouts in Bangladesh is 1,4,5.
