Hello my friends today I want to share with you the reason behind me putting on glasses. People develop passion for certain things for a particular reasons. One may put on glasses for the following reason; 1. One may put on glasses to protect their eyes from sand, dust, snow, or wind. 2. One may also put on glasses to promote and quicken the eye healing process 3. To prevent sun related health problems, like 'Glaucoma' and 'Cataracts' which is as a result of the prolong exposure to the sun's UV rays. 4. For safer driving and riding of motor cycles 5. One may put on glasses to have a good and great looks. **_Putting on glasses is not my thing, actually it's been only three years since I started putting on glasses. I have no eye problem nor do I put on glasses to have good looks._** The truth is I put on glasses in honour of my late Dad, Mr. Jonathan Sekyi. He was someone who always puts on glasses. He put on glasses to have the good old days looks. A week after his death I began wearing the glasses he left behind and they looked good on me. I love my Dad so much. Any time I put on those glasses and look into my mirror, I see my father staring at me. I look just like my Dad. Over my three years of wearing glasses I have come to realise there are so many effects of wearing glasses and some of those effects I have listed below. -- Glasses make you look more smarter. There's been a good measure of research done throughout the years, and the examinations overwhelmingly come in positive on that one truth that glasses makes look intelligent and smarter. Also -- Glasses are unequivocally connected with impression of allure, and additionally insight, and the relationship there is negative. The outcome is the regular impression of the unloveable geek: the person who's brilliant and effective and ensured to do well throughout everyday life, except who is anything but a decent amigo or a potential sentimental accomplice There are more reasons but I am sharing these two because that is what people think of me now, some say "he looks smarter and intelligent", some also say "he is a geek". _**The truth is I don't really care what people think of me, because I wear glasses for one reason and one reason only that is to honour my late Dad.**_
