How do we teach wrong values in the organization and in the family?
If a phone call comes to my office and I can't answer, my employee will lie and say I wasn't there. If a creditor says on the phone in our office that he has not yet received the check for his dues and if for some reason the check cannot be sent and if any of our employees says that the check is in the post office, it will not be called false. If I teach my secretary to lie, the day will come when he will lie to me too. That is the rule.
Maybe one day he reported the illness to go shopping. Coincidentally, on the same day I went shopping and saw him and asked, "I don't think you are well." The timely answer came, 'Yes, I was not healthy. I feel better now after taking two aspirins. Who taught him to lie? Of course I am.
Now he has become a seasoned liar. In this way we are teaching unjust values in the society. It is spreading like a virus. Now the family can be discussed. It is certain that children are not born liars. From birth they learn to lie. A child answers the phone with enthusiasm. The convener asks, 'Can I talk to your father?
The child replies, 'Of course.'
Saying this, he ran to his father and said, 'Dad, your phone is ringing.' "Who's calling?" The baby said the name. The father said, 'I don't want to talk to him, tell him I'm not home now.'
The child says, 'Dad, you are at home now.' At that time the father said in a hoarse voice, 'Do you want me to teach you? Go
Go and tell him I am not here now. ' The child nodded and walked back in surprise, saying, 'Daddy is at home but I'm not here. But here. There is a tick. ' The child's enthusiasm waned. Because he had never lied before.
She feels uncomfortable, because this is the first time she is suffering from confusion. He does not know what to do. He wants to be free from this kind of situation. So he says about the receiver, 'Dad says he is not home and leaves the receiver with a sound. When the father heard this, he tapped his son on the head and said, "You called your father a liar." Now try to understand who called whom a liar?
The child learns from the father and says, 'Dad, I understand, now see what I can do.'
The next time the phone rings and someone on the phone is asking about his father. The child says in his mind I will protect the father's honor. Saying this, he ran to his father and said, 'Dad, your phone. The father asks, 'Who called?'
Without answering, the child says, 'Dad, you don't need to talk on the phone. Because I told you you are not here now. ' The father said, “Boy, I need to talk to him. I want to know better. '
The child says, 'No, Dad, you don't need to talk.' Then what happened can be guessed.
The child is ready to lie to the father before he can speak. Isn't that happening in any house? Am I exaggerating? From infancy the child has begun to learn to lie a little. By the time the child reached old age, he had become a seasoned liar. He is beginning to master the technique of lying. Lying, stealing, cheating can be said whatever you want.
Practice brings perfection. Practice gives stability to the object being practiced. Only unadulterated practice brings perfection. Some people acquire the skill of making mistakes by practicing mistakes. Whenever a child commits crimes such as lying, stealing and cheating, he is humiliated. His self-esteem decreases and his inferiority increases.
However, the opposite is also true. Whenever we do something good, it increases our self-esteem to ourselves, even if it is not visible to anyone. This is a feast of self-respect.
This is because we often try to justify lying by thinking that it is a little lie alone. We think we will speak the truth when the question of big lies arises.
In fact, when we practice a lot of lying a little, we tell a big lie. Because the habit of lying has become permanent.
Just like when we practice cowardice long enough, we think we need to show courage. But when need prevails, we begin to show cowardice. Because, the subject of our practice has gained stability. It should be remembered that practice does not come to perfection, what we practice, practice lasts. Perfection comes only in perfect practice.
