Glenn Johnson advice advice Graham Potter (New Chelsea coach) not to buy any more players with the one that is at Chelsea presently, he said even if they give him money by January to buy players, he shouldn't buy because it might take the new player time to adapt with the style of Chelsea and get use to play with the present players, what Chelsea have as now is enough for Chelsea to meet Top 4 or domestic Cup. Glenn Johnson is an Chelsea player but he is not right about what he said because English premier league is a big league that is full of Competition, not having enough players of the coach choice to drive Chelsea to the place that the owners want it is not good and there would be problem.
In Chelsea, the same set of players that they have been using for years is the one that they still use till now and majority of them are tired. The only big player that they are able to sign is Raheem Sterling, Jorginho and Ngolo Kanté didn't have more years contract again, so why won't the coach buy player? Grand Potter isn't the one that buy these players himself, so he need to buy the players that suit his own style of play and he also have aim in Chelsea. He has been asking of Calumm-Huddson Odoi to come back by January and Odoi has demand for Coach's promise that he would have playing time at Chelsea.
Graham Potter that would decide if he need to buy players by January or not, it's not anyone, so Glenn Johnson only advice him, it's left to him to heed the advice or shun it. In premier league, top 4 is not what you just look by eyes, it's what you have to get players and works towards it as a good coach, to meet Top 4 in English Premier league, every time that transfer window opens, you have to buy players and let go of the ones that aren't useful in that club, you have to sell some players out in order to be free from fiar play rule. You can't manage players, once you know he's not good enough for you as a coach, let him go and get another player.
Upon the players that are in Chelsea, Chelsea have been facing problems because the way they plays now is now different from the way they play like two years back so they have to renew the players and there are players that the coach also have interest in to play for him of which it's when the transfer window opens he can get them. He have interest in Caisedo; the defensive midfielder and Caisedo has also said he would go if Graham Potter call him and now that Grand Potter has shown interest, maybe Chelsea board of directors would go for him. Things might get spoil if Graham Potter didn't buy enough players that would work with him before summer if he didn't buy players at January transfer.
