Chaos at Chelsea

There's problem in Chelsea presently and the root of the problem is about Romero Lukaku. Peter Cech and Marina Granovskaia told Todd Boehly (Chairman) to give Romero Lukaku one more years change to play at Chelsea, they said its because it's been so long that he has played, that is why he isn't playing as they expected but Thomas Tuchel said he did not want Lukaku again. But Todd Boehly said whoever it is that don't want what Tuchel want should resign, so it's obvious that Todd Boehly want to give power to Thomas Tuchel and this is what made them say they are leaving Chelsea. 

If things are good in a club, the coach would be the one that they would praise and if things aren't right, coach would be the one that they would blame, so Todd Boehly did well by supporting Thomas Tuchel. If things aren't right for Chelsea now, Peter Cech and Marina Granovskaia won't be the one to blame, it's the coach. If Lukaku is in the club and things goes worst for Chelsea, Tuchel would be the one to answer for it. Clubs that are doing well give power to their coaches, it is whatever the coaches say they want that they would do for the coach, as Tuchel said Lukaku is not part of his plan, they would support him.

In English premier league, Jorggen klopp and Pep Guardiola are given power and that is why they always do well. If they want Tuchel's success again, there is nothing bad in giving h what he wants and if he didn't give them the result they demand, that is where they can use their own too power. Reason why Peter Cech and Marina Granovskaia ask for more year stay for Lukaku is because they are the one that go to bring him, Tuchel didn't like him even from start, it's just like that force him to use him then because Marina Granovskaia and Roman Abrahamovic are from same country and it's whatever she tell Abarahamovic, she was even the assistance to Abrahamovic then. 

When Todd Boehly want to take over Chelsea, he said they want to use Liverpool's tactics, they didn't buy cost plays, they didn't spend much and they are making progress, i think this is one of the tactics, it is whatever Jorggen klopp says, either to sell or to buy, the same thing goes with Manchester City, it is whatever Pep Guardiola says, it's just that he spends so much money and these two clubs also have sporting directors and other officers. Although they may recommend player for coach, but coach would be the one to say this is what he want and what he don't want.

But what's happening is because Peter Cech and Marina Granovskaia with Thomas Tuchel aren't in good terms because if Thomas Tuchel is the one that bring Romero Lukaku, he would at least give him one more season chance to proof himself for the club and he won't want fans or Chelsea officers to use it to abuse him, I think this is more of the reason why Peter Cech and Marina Granovskaia are also backing Romero Lukaku, they don't want Thomas Tuchel to make Jess of them because he's not the one that brought him to Chelsea.
