Bernd Leno (Arsenal ex goalkeeper that was recently sold to Fulham) said that the reason why he left Arsenal is because of politics, he said they care about the English players than players that come from other countries, he said they don't use player according to the form that they and that is why he left in order to be number one at another club. But when Mikel Arteta replied, he said Leno is not right because he used to be number one goal keeper before Aaron Ramsdale arrive and he's not an English player, so because Aaron Ramsdale is an English goalkeeper doesn't mean that he would be number one goal keeper at Arsenal.
The same day that Bernd Leno said it, Eric Baily; Manchester United defender that has been loaned to Olympic Marceile said something like that, he said they make use of the English players and bench the outsider in Manchester United, he said it doesn't matter if the outsider is fit than the English player and he added that Eric Ten Hag arrival has make things change, he is different from other coaches that has coached the team, he said Ten Hag has introduced the good fit ones and benched the ones in bad form and things is now different in the club by now even though he's been loaned out to Olympic Marceile.
If Leno is not right, I think Eric Baily is rich because other coaches introduce Harry Maguire of which there are other defenders that can play perfect well than Harry Maguire. Even if Harry Maguire scored own goal, he would still play the next match and then, Eric Baily, Raphael Varane and other players are there that can play center back, but they just have to use Harry Maguire. I don't know maybe they are forced to always use Harry Maguire because even Eric Ten Hag played Harry Maguire in his first two matches but as he noticed that his CV is at stake, he just have to bench him and ever since then, he's been winning.
Politics is even what made them give Harry Maguire captain band, I think the board of directors have special Love for Harry Maguire because I'm still wondering why the captain band was given to him when others that have served the club for long period of time are still there but it was given to Harry Maguire and ever since the captain band was given to him, his play way has changed, he keep dropping form, even when he played with Lisandro Martinez that is so much good, he still make Manchester United concede many goals, until Eric Ten Hag made decision not to use him with Lisandro Martinez again and the defense line has definitely changed.
